Rima Patel

Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Rima is one of HSA's main visionaries who founded the organization in 2013 with the idea of bringing healthcare and educational resources to those who have been overlooked. Armed with a Masters in Health Policy, she is able to quickly identify community challenges and find ways HSA can help.  She is heavily involved in shaping our new nonprofit accelerator and women's empowerment initiatives.

Shiv J. Patel

Founder, Director

Shiv has had a hand in almost all of HSA's various projects since 2013. He specializes in organizational management and project execution. He is diligently working on our new healthcare mentorship program and nonprofit accelerator initiative. In addition, he is currently a full time medical student at Baylor College of Medicine. 

Hiba Loya

Hiba is one of HSA's Nonprofit Fellows. She is pursuing a degree in Business Management and currently serves as her University's SGA President.

Subby Olubeko

Subby was instrumental in growing HSA since it was founded in 2013. He holds a MEng in Artificial Intelligence from MIT and has work experience with Google and Uber.

Bijal Rajput

Bijal was President of one of HSA's premier chapter affiliates. She is a Goldwater scholar and has a track record in medical device development. She is pursuing medicine at Harvard Medical School.
